Craftsmaship & Care
Our furniture items are made by hand from start to finish.
While the frames, foam and panels are measured and cut using the House’s templates, height and structural differences can occur during the upholstering process.
Exposure to sunlight, UV and heat can cause fading, discolouration and damage to the upholstery.
Sofas, Beds and Ottomans
Cushion fillings settle, and foam seats soften over time. Regular professional cleaning, and avoiding overuse of the same area will minimise this effect.
Upon arrival, apply Mr Sheen Stain Guard for invisible, protective coating against spills and spoils. Immediately blot spills using Perfecto spot & stain remover and a slightly damp cloth for cleaning; avoid harsh detergents.
Avoid brushing the fabric. Dust or lightly vacuum regularly to prevent damage. For routine upkeep, use recommended professional cleaners.
Cushions
Plump and aerate cushions regularly to maintain shape. Reverse and rotate cushions to ensure even wear. Avoid washing cushion slip covers in the machine; opt for professional cleaning.
